Founder and Director
T. Antony Joseph
Mr. Antony Joseph brings a strong blend of professional experience and academic credentials to his leadership role. He is currently pursuing a PhD in social work with a specialization in NGO management. His educational background includes a Master’s in Social Work from Loyola College, Chennai, an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University, and specialized certifications in NPO governance and CSR.

In his diverse career, he has been a consultant for development organizations, offering expertise in due diligence, legal and financial compliance, policy development, impact assessment, and media strategies. Mr. Antony has also spearheaded the operations of CBM International/Germany, concentrating on governance, legal compliance, program evaluation, and human resources. He has held key roles in disaster management and rehabilitation programs for several organizations, including the Life Help Center for the Handicapped and Indo Global Social Service Society, demonstrating his capacity to manage large-scale initiatives. His experience also spans working with children living with HIV/AIDS through Project Concern International, India, where he contributed to program management and rehabilitation efforts.

Board Member
S. Shirley Diana
S. Shirley Diana is a dedicated and self-motivated educator with strong interpersonal and management skills. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature with a specialization in Communicative English from Holy Cross College, a Master’s degree in English Literature from Madras Christian College, and a Master of Philosophy in English Language Teaching from Navarasam College. She also earned a Bachelor of Education in English from Jenney’s College of Education and completed a Certificate Course in Psychology and Counselling from Anugraha Foundation.
Her experience also extends to communication training at Kalvi Institute, where she coordinated English training programs and prepared students for TOEFL and ETS exams. As a teacher at Santa Maria Matriculation Higher Secondary School, she trained students for international competitions and exams, while also helping staff transition to online teaching during the pandemic. Shirley’s diverse expertise in education, communication, and leadership makes her a valuable asset to any academic institution.

S. Saravanakumar
Mr. Saravanakumar is a skilled professional with a Master’s in Social Work specialising in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work from the Madurai Institute of Social Sciences, complemented by a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling. His expertise spans Project Management and Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation, Corporate Social Responsibility, RMNCH+A (Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health), Malaria control, Community Development, School Mental Health, and Counselling.
Starting his career as a counsellor, he quickly advanced to roles such as Project Coordinator and Program Manager for various organizations in the HIV/AIDS sector, supported by international agencies like CDC-US, USAID, AUSAID, and NACO. He also served as a consultant for the Christian Medical Association of India (CMAI), New Delhi, contributing to multiple projects nationwide.
Mr. Saravanakumar possesses additional skills in Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), mapping and situational assessment, community and home-based care and support, and comprehensive project management. His rich experience and diverse skill set make him exceptionally qualified for leadership roles, where he can drive strategic initiatives and foster organizational growth.
