The Together We Change Foundation is a Sec-8 company and a non-profit organization committed to empowering marginalized communities, women, and children with special needs. Established on September 26, 2023, by Mr. Antony Joseph, a distinguished individual with over two decades of experience in the development sector, the foundation aims to foster sustainable change through strategic interventions in education, healthcare, and livelihood development.
Our governing board comprises professionals from diverse fields, including program management, healthcare, education, and economic development. This ensures a well-rounded and impactful approach to community transformation. Guided by the principles of integrity, inclusivity, and sustainability, we implement long-term solutions that bridge critical gaps in access to essential services and opportunities, empowering vulnerable populations to lead dignified and self-reliant lives.
