Together We Change Foundation is a not-for-profit Section 8 organization dedicated to creating sustainable and inclusive social impact. Since its establishment in September 2023, the foundation has been working to empower vulnerable communities through education, community development, social protection, digital inclusion, disability support, and institutional strengthening.
Founded by Mr. Antony Joseph, a development professional with over two decades of experience in the social sector, the foundation combines grassroots action with professional expertise to address critical social challenges. Over the past three years, the organization has supported vulnerable families with food security, enabled educational opportunities for children, guided students toward future careers, promoted digital learning for tribal children, facilitated access to social protection schemes, and strengthened NGOs through governance, compliance, and capacity-building support.

We work closely with denotified communities, unorganized workers, and urban slum dwellers, helping them access education, healthcare, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.

We provide educational support, life skills training, and vocational programs for children and youth, ensuring they have the tools to break the cycle of poverty.
Women & Child Welfare
We focus on women’s empowerment, gender equality, and child protection, addressing issues like economic marginalization, domestic violence, and access to education and healthcare.
Disability & Rehabilitation
We offer assessment, early intervention, and rehabilitation for children and persons with disabilities, ensuring their holistic development.
Access to Government Schemes & Social Welfare
We bridge the gap between marginalized families and government welfare programs, ensuring they receive the benefits and support they are entitled to.
NGO Capacity Building & CSR Partnerships
We support NGOs with due diligence, governance, policy formulation, impact assessments, and CSR strategy development, ensuring they operate effectively and sustainably.
