The Education Support Program was established to ensure that no child is denied the opportunity to learn because of limited income or lack of resources. We work with children from marginalized families, daily wage households, traditional occupational communities, rural areas, and underserved populations who are at risk of dropping out of school due to financial constraints.

We are committed to strengthening sustainable livelihood opportunities for cobblers and vulnerable community members who continue to face economic insecurity, irregular income, and limited access to stable employment opportunities. Many families engaged in traditional occupations and informal labour sectors struggle to meet their daily needs due to declining income opportunities, lack of market access, financial vulnerability, and limited skill diversification. These challenges often impact not only household income but also access to education, healthcare, and overall quality of life. The Livelihood Support Program focuses on empowering individuals and families through skill development, micro-enterprise promotion, livelihood assistance, financial inclusion, and community-based economic strengthening initiatives. The programme aims to enhance income generation, build economic resilience, and promote dignified and sustainable livelihoods for marginalized communities. Together We Change Foundation is planning to establish an Early Intervention and Inclusive Learning Centre dedicated to supporting children with special needs from 0 to 12 years of age through early identification, therapeutic support, inclusive education, and family-centred interventions. The initiative is being developed with the vision of ensuring that every child, regardless of ability, receives the opportunity to learn, communicate, develop, and participate with dignity in an inclusive and supportive environment. Many children with developmental delays, disabilities, communication challenges, learning difficulties, and neurodevelopmental conditions often lack access to timely intervention and specialized support during their formative years. Delayed identification and limited access to services can significantly impact a child’s cognitive, physical, social, emotional, and educational development. The proposed centre aims to bridge this gap by providing structured, child-centred, and multidisciplinary support services that focus on holistic development and school readiness.
